We have worked together with Mmaa Social to develop a stunning range of hand woven placemats in exclusive colours to sit well with our Bertioli by Thyme printed linens.
Mmaa work with a group of artisans, part of a collective on the border of Ghana. All of which are paid fairly for their products. The Placemats are completely sustainable: straw is procured locally, vegetable based dyes are used to dye the straw by hand and the weaving is all done by women in the collective.
Sold as a single and set of 4 pieces.
Please note, due to their hand made nature these products vary slightly in shade, design and size - all adding to their charming character!
