From the radishes growing in neat rows in Thyme's kitchen garden, to elderflower which lines the borders of the cutting garden, our Bertioli Interiors collection takes its inspiration from nature. 

Our designs reflect the habitats found on the Thyme estate: Kitchen Garden, Water Meadow, Cutting Garden and Woodland.

With a love of the land at heart, we are committed to reconnecting people with nature. We know time spent outdoors can lift mood and stimulate creativity, and studies show that nature-based design can evoke a similar response.

This is our design philosophy: creating spaces that are nurturing, calming and beautiful.

'Measured Maximalism' is how we describe the bold style of our Bertioli bedrooms, such as Phlox, Elderberry and Sidalcea: a modern take on the classic English country house aesthetic.

In contrast, our serene garden rooms showcase the beauty of our fabrics in a more pared-back way, for those who prefer a subtle nod to pattern. Both testify to the power of pattern and palette to spark joy.

Throughout the Thyme estate - from the Meadow Spa to our botanical bedrooms and newly decorated Fifi's lounge - the soft shades of Edward Bulmer Natural Paint set the tone: a gentle backdrop to the calm beauty of Thyme.
