The perfect gift, our monetary gift vouchers can be redeemed across our Village within a village: Meadow Spa, Boutique, the Cookery School, dining at the Ox Barn restaurant or even for a stay at Thyme! 

Please note these vouchers aren't automatically generated and are handwritten by us at Thyme Hotel. We send these vouchers in lovely envelopes (or alternatively as an e-voucher, which is emailed separately from your order confirmation.)

As these are created manually, please do allow time for delivery.

Terms & Conditions 

• Thyme Gift Vouchers are in £ sterling, which can only be redeemed at Thyme and The Swan at Southrop.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Gift Vouchers used against cookery classes can be transferred to another class date of the same value 14 days before the booked class. A refund or transfer will not be possible within the 14 day period.
• Gift Vouchers can be supplemented.
• Gift Vouchers can be transferred to another recipient.
• Gift Vouchers are non-transferable for other goods or services or as a monetary value.
• Please note, our Meadow Spa is open for residents only during weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Monetary gift cards are valid for 18 months.

Thyme Experience Gift Card:

Thyme Gift Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date outlined. Gift Vouchers are subject to availability for a stay Monday to Sunday. Any further food, drinks and services during the stay are not included. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable for other goods or services or as a monetary value. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed on black out dates, bank holidays or where exclusions apply. Bookings made with this voucher are non-transferable and non-refundable. Bertioli Stay Gift Card:

This voucher can only be redeemed at Thyme. Only applicable for Elegant grade bedrooms - subject to availability. Any further food, drinks and services during the stay are not included. Bookings made with this voucher are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Any day voucher are subject to availability for a stay any day of the week.
• Weekday voucher are subject to availability for a stay Sunday to Thursday, (excluding Friday and Saturday.) 
• Gift Vouchers must be surrendered to Thyme on booking.
• Gift Vouchers can not be supplemented.
• This Voucher has a flat rate which includes the cost of the candle.
• This Voucher can only be delivered, not sent as an e-voucher.
• Once the booking is confirmed, it is not transferable.
• Gift Vouchers are non-transferable for other goods or services or as a monetary value.
• There will not be choice of bedroom within the elegant bedroom band. It is subject to availability.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed on black out dates, bank holidays or where exclusions apply.
• Once the voucher exceeds the validity date, it is no longer redeemable.
