Both invigorating and relaxing, it is a sweet and gentle herb that has the ability to both invigorate and calm.     Camomile (Matricaria chamomilla), known for its small, daisy-like white flowers and apple-scented foliage, blooms from late spring to early autumn. Valued for its calming, anti-inflammatory properties, it’s widely used in teas and herbal remedies to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and aid restful sleep.
